UV LAMP

UV Application
자외선의 응용분야는 전 산업분야에 걸쳐서 무궁무진하며, 아래에 기술한 것 외에도 다양하게 적용할 수 있다. UV도료를 채용함에 의하여, 건조나 경화시에 발생하는 유해한 가스의 발생을 줄임으로써 작업자의 건강을 보호할 수 있으며, 환경오염을 줄일 수 있다.

또한 자외선으로 경화된 제품의 표면은 매우 강한 경도를 가지고 있어 다양한 목적으로 사용될 수 있다.
가장 장점으로 부각될 수 있는 점으로써, 제품의 건조 및 경화속도가 1~2초 이내에 이루어져 높은 생산성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.
